4. Returns accepted only for store errors 

•  Applicable only if you receive a *wrong, defective, or wrong size item*.
• A *full unboxing video is required*:
• Must be *uncut & continuous* from opening the package.
• Report within *24–48 hours of delivery* with proof.

Return Process:

* Request within *2–3 days of delivery*.
* Refund (if applicable) will be processed **after receiving & inspecting the item**.
